When is the reception open?
The reception desk is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Is breakfast included in the rate?
No. Breakfast is not included in the price of the stay, but you can visit our Cathedral Café, which is located on the ground floor of the apartment house.
Breakfast is served daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you are not interested in breakfast, you can have lunch, dinner, coffee or drinks here.

Is it possible to arrive after 19:00 when the reception is closed?
Yes. For arrivals after 19:00, you can pick up the keys at our partner hotel located 4 minutes’ walk from Cathedral Prague Apartments.
Detailed instructions will be sent by email before your arrival. If you use our taxi service, the driver will hand you the keys.

What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Please respect other guests during this time.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
No, all apartments are strictly non-smoking. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a pet?
Yes. Pets are allowed for a fee of 250 CZK or 10 EUR per night.

Is a damage deposit required on arrival?
Yes. A refundable deposit from 3000 CZK / 120 EUR may be required on arrival (depending on room category). Payable in cash (EUR or CZK) or by credit card.

What are the child policies?
- Children up to 3 years stay free (baby cot available on request).
- Children up to 5 years stay free when using existing beds.

For bookings of 2 or more rooms, different conditions and additional fees may apply.

Where can I park?
Unfortunately, there is a paid zone in the center of Prague for people with permanent residence in the place, so the following two options are offered:
- Residence BENE - guarded parking garages only a 5-minute walk from our apartments. The price per day is 650 CZK (26 EUR)/ night/ car. If you are interested in a parking space, do not hesitate to contact our reception desk. We will be happy to arrange a reservation for you, but in case of cancellation of the accommodation reservation, we must also be informed about the cancellation of the parking lot.
- Palladium parking – safe, covered and guarded parking lot 24 hours a day. The garages are located on Náměstí Republiky in the Palladium department store. It is 10 minutes from Cathedral Prague Apartments. The price is 850 CZK (around 30 EUR) per day/ car, but it is not necessary to reserve a place in advance.

Public transport in Prague is widely considered one of the best and most reliable systems in the world. As of 2026, the system (known as PID – Prague Integrated Transport) has introduced updated fares that prioritize digital payments.

Tips for Travelers
- Download the "PID Lítačka" App: It is the easiest way to buy tickets, search for connections, and see live delays.
- Contactless Payment: Every tram and bus in Prague is equipped with a terminal (usually orange) where you can buy a ticket directly with your credit/debit card.
- Don't "Black Ride": Ticket inspectors wear plain clothes and show a small metal badge. Fines for traveling without a valid ticket are 1,200 CZK if paid on the spot.

- The Old Town Square is just a 2-minute walk away. The heart of Prague with its famous astronomical clock, monumental Týn Church, and the unique atmosphere of markets and cafés.
- Charles Bridge is a 10-minute walk away. A walk across Prague's oldest bridge with a view of the Vltava River and the Hradčany panorama is a must for every visitor.
- Josefov – the Jewish Quarter, just 5 minutes from the entrance. A unique complex of synagogues and an old Jewish cemetery, which is one of the best preserved in Europe.
- The entrance to the historic center and the pearl of Czech Art Nouveau, where you can enjoy a classical music concert or a great cup of coffee – that's Prašná brána and Obecní dům, just a 6-minute walk away.
